The coordinating body for Aljazeera county and Kobani and Afrin met on Wednesday to discuss the decentralization project in Syria, bringing the three provinces together in a federal system. The meetings continue until a draft is agreed on by all the components in the north and north-east of Syria. The meeting is aimed at the abolition of self-management system, and the establishment of federalism, where the Commanding believes that geographical federalism is that is compatible with the nature of the Syrian multiple nationalities, religions and sects of society. Therefore is the realistic solution to overcome the establishment of the system on a national basis, and the way to achieve a democratic society in the form of democratic nations. It is noteworthy that both the regime and the opposition refused to agree to the federal project and support the central administration, as is done now in Syria and the system of local self administration, amid a refusal to acknowledge the Kurdish issue.    Download
